Where Is Le Meridien Maldives?
Le Meridien Maldives resort is situated on Thilamaafushi island in the Lhaviyani Atoll district of the Maldives.
The Lhaviyani Atoll district covers 54 islands. Only five of them are inhabited; these are Olhuvelifushi, Hinnavaru, Naifaru, and Kurendhoo.
Thilamaafushi is an entirely private island that is only home to the Meridien resort and nothing else. An expansive nine acres, the resort is nestled among palms and surrounded by a stunning blue lagoon.
How Do You Get To the Resort?
The only way to arrive at Le Meridiens Maldives resort is by seaplane. Male is the Maldives capital city. Males international airport is about 130 kilometers away from Thilamaafushi island.
A journey to the resort from the International airport by seaplane takes approximately 35 minutes.
The resort has 154 private villas on site. You can select from a 1, two, or three-bedroom villa. There are multiple styles of villas to choose from:
