The property on Voavah, Baa Atoll, is billed as the world’s only exclusive-use UNESCO hideaway located in a World Biosphere Reserve.

Any guests able to tear themselves away from the indulgent castaway experience can enjoy access to a 62ft yacht ready to charter their neighborhoods.

Rates are expected to start at an eye-watering $46,000 per night.
